I'm a licenced massage therapist based in New Braunfels, Texas.
Hey there, I'm Kelly.
My daily intention is to find and cultivate balance in all aspects of my life; work hard, play often, love fully. I feel fulfilled and accomplished being “in the zone”, and balanced and centered relaxing with my people. Sometimes things change and one aspect of my life requires more attention than others and the balance isn’t present. Change can be stressful and ever flowing, and adaptation and shift are necessary. I find it helpful to remember re-centering is about encouraging movement instead of stagnation during those changes.

Choosing massage therapy as my path stems from my desire to help and my amazement of the human body. It’s powerful, complicated, and intelligent. Somehow we’re all the same, and yet completely different and unique. Which means that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to providing care to my clients…each individual requires individual consideration.
As a massage therapist, I want to help relax and alleviate pain, but I also want people to understand the potential root cause(s) of their pain and how to help themselves move through life a little easier.
